HAPPY TEETH RETURN POLICY
No one is HAPPY when your purchase doesn’t work out as expected! All purchases made on GIVEHAPPYTEETH.com may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase date, but only under the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be unworn (unpacking smelly tees or bags with chicken nuggets in them is no fun for us!) and returned in its original HAPPY TEETH packaging, with all original tags/labels attached.
- Return shipment must include the original packing slip.
- With the exception of items marked FINAL SALE and other special circumstances, merchandise must have been purchased on GIVEHAPPYTEETH.com to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, to purchaser by check if payment was in U.S. currency) and will include only the product price and tax amount.
- Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
GIVEHAPPYTEETH.com does not offer exchanges.
WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Everyone would be unhappy but...If we made an error on your order, please contact us by email immediately following receipt of your purchase with a detailed description of the error at firstname.lastname@example.org; our staff will be HAPPY to help. Shipment errors must be reported no more than ten (10) days following receipt of your purchase in order for them to be considered.
HAPPY TEETH reserves the right, from time to time, to make changes, corrections, additions and deletions to its return policy. However, the return policy in effect at the time of your purchase will always be honored.
HAPPY TEETH RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, go to https://happyteeth.returnscenter.com/ and please enter your order number (check confirmation email) and email address. You will be asked to provide information about the product(s) to be returned; instructions for shipping the items back to HAPPY TEETH will be provided. Return shipments must include original packing slip and reason for return in the original packaging with all tags/labels still attached in order to receive a full refund. If the return is due to an error by you, original shipping cost will not be refunded; if return is a result of an error made by HAPPY TEETH, the original shipping cost will be refunded. Determination of responsibility for the error shall be in the sole discretion of HAPPY TEETH.
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for HAPPY TEETH to receive your return(s). Your original form of payment will be refunded within seven to ten (7-10) business days immediately following our receipt, but it may take one to two (1-2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly statement. HAPPY TEETH will send you an email notification when we’ve finished processing your return.

HAPPY TEETH SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time: orders take roughly 24 hours to process before shipping. Orders are not processed on Saturdays & Sundays.
Economy Shipping (USPS or UPS): Orders can take anywhere between 5-8 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping address.
2-Day Shipping (USPS or UPS): Orders can take anywhere between 1-2 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping address.
UPS Next Day Air®: Orders can take anywhere between 1-1 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping address.
International shipping: Orders can take anywhere between 5-18 business days to arrive. Shipping time is based on shipping destination country.
* We are unable to guarantee in-transit delivery times. Your actual delivery date is subject to freight and road conditions beyond our control. The expected delivery date is provided by the courier and is subject to change. For any questions, please contact the courier directly.
