Beyond my expectations!!
It is a simple and straightforward looking backpack but once you start going through it, it has so many options it’s wonderful! This backpack was a bit larger than expected, not bulky but taller, not that I’m upset by any means! I love the pockets, inside and out along with the ability to change the needs of the positioning of the inside divider of the backpack. Will recommend to others every chance I can!

I love the size, it’s big and it fits everything, my only issue with it is that I bought it for the cooling pouch in front and it doesn’t really work. But it’s big enough to just put a lunch box in anyways, and I LOVE that you can just wipe it down after a shift. And the side pockets are perfect, I would recommend

I think the straps are very hard to adjust, otherwise I like the compartments. The packaging could have been better it was slightly open when it arrived to my apartment.

I originally won this backpack a few months ago during back to school week, and since then have been travel nursing with it to the Arctic while studying for my Masters degree. I didn’t realize how many useful pockets were within the bag, especially a pocket just for work shoes! There’s a handy laptop pocket, an insulated pocket for food (my food is always too bulky to place in there unfortunately) but cute with their white coat hot/cold pack, a removable compartment organizer. The bag itself is SUPER sturdy, and I honestly mean it since I lug it as my carryon while flying and it has been holding up perfectly. If you’re looking for just a backpack, maybe go elsewhere for something cheaper, but this is very good quality therefore I love it!
